Xtra Mile Auto Care earned their two stars solely for their excellent customer service. The staff is very nice and courteous, which I appreciate. However, the comments about their high prices are very accurate. They quoted me $360 just to diagnose the problem, calling it "level 2" testing. While they didn't pressure me into anything and were understanding when I declined, expecting someone to pay that kind of money upfront before even discussing the actual repair costs—which I assume would be just as comically overpriced—is, to be frank, ridiculous. Listening to the incredibly nice man try to justify such exorbitant pricing was quite funny. It's just not feasible for most people.

These guys were fabulous! Yes, I spent quite a bit of money, but it all was for things that needed attention. I had a knowledgeable friend verify what was planned, and he agreed all was legit and appropriate. Friendly, communicative, helpful...above and beyond service. I wouldn't hesitate to go here again, and would certainly recommend this place! Job well done, Nick and crew!

Really like the detailed inspection of my car. Identified future problems to repair before they became a true problem. Did the work on my A/C thoroughly and in a timely manner. Car was done well before the estimated time. Would recommend this shop to anyone with a vehicle problem.

Great customer service, they really do appreciate you for choosing them when they leave notes thanking you, felt genuine, like I wasn't getting screwed over. Very professional and straight to the point, they really do go the extra mile when it comes to service and plan on taking my vehicle to them from now on.
