I had an electrical issue on my Chevy Impala. Matt was great to work with and kept me updated all the way through. They figured out what the wiring issue was and got it repaired quickly. They sent me an inspection form as a text with all the information in it. I will definitely be back! I loved the updates and information they provided.

The shop was clean and the technician was very knowledgeable. I was given a printout of my entire car and possible issues. We talked through the options .

I don't ever complete these reviews; however, my experience with Xtra mile warrants a public review. This is by far the best auto repair facility I have dealt with in my life! They are friendly and courteous. They are incredibly detailed in diagnosing your vehicles true issues and repairing those issues. I will never use another mechanic outside of Xtra Mile! This shop has restored my faith in the automotive repair industry. Honest mechanics used to be a joke, not anymore! They are seriously incredible. I cant say it enough! Hands down the best auto repair shop I have EVER dealt with period! Class acts!!!
