I don't ever complete these reviews; however, my experience with Xtra mile warrants a public review. This is by far the best auto repair facility I have dealt with in my life! They are friendly and courteous. They are incredibly detailed in diagnosing your vehicles true issues and repairing those issues. I will never use another mechanic outside of Xtra Mile! This shop has restored my faith in the automotive repair industry. Honest mechanics used to be a joke, not anymore! They are seriously incredible.

The most professional auto care I have ever used. Sent pictures with explanations of every issue on my vehicle! Also explained the cost benefits of keeping the vehicle. I felt cared for and happy when I drove off. I now understand my vehicle better after a diagnostic visit. Thank you all!

Excellent customer service! Jeremy was very courteous over the phone and in person. Took my car in for an oil and oil filter change, which was inexpensive compared to others I had compared it to in town, and they also did a full body inspection on my car. They’re not pushy salesman when finding other aspects of your car that require attention, but kindly suggest it gets taken care of and provide a quote for the repair costs, and then you are sent on your way. Even though I didn’t use the service, they do offer free drop off and pick up of wherever you need to go when you drop off your car! Great experience overall.

These guys are first rate!!! The customer service is like no one else around Stillwater. These people take pictures of your car and it's parts while evaluating it, so YOU can see the problem! They pay attention to every detail and they are not over priced and their are no surprises! I appreciate that so much.....they are my go to for my Honda!
