I absolutely love these guys. I have been scammed and completely wasted my time at other places but these men are honest and do good work! They only fix what's NEEDED and make sure you understand everything that's going on with your vehicle before they let you drive away! They've worked with me on scheduling on multiple occasions and with being a mom of 3 that is a life saver! I'll never go anywhere else as long as this place still runs!

Over the last year, I used Xtra Mile Auto Care for regular maintenance and repairs on my Lexus and Toyota vehicles. Compared with similar services offered thru the dealership, Xtra Mile goes above and beyond with their digital inspections, thorough explanation of issues and recommended repairs. Not being an expert in auto maintenance, I appreciate their advice in prioritizing repairs and the criticality of each repair as related to safety. Safety and quality with my vehicle is my greatest concern. And I can say that the staff at Xtra Mile embrace and practice these values as well. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Very quality when it comes to figuring out what it wrong with the car. Unfortunately they are noticably expensive. $650 to replace an alternator! Extremely exaggerated. Its easy to replace an alternator (talked with a mechanic friend) About twice the amount as other shops around here
