After taking my Lexus elsewhere for quite some time, it appears that the other shop’s tech was not diagnosing vital repairs that were needed to keep my car running. After bringing my car to Xtra mile for an oil change and tire rotation, they sent over the report of my car with photos and suggestions on what needed to be fixed immediately, what looks good on the car, and what needs to be fixed in the future. I booked to have my ball joints replaced, tie end rods replaced, and having a timing cover leak cleaned up to be able to watch in the future. Both guys in the office were very friendly, informative, and efficient, I mainly worked with Nate. They were great at keeping me up to date on my car’s status. Even though I had some pretty large repairs on my car, I felt they were honest and fair with the pricing and efficient at getting me my car back. (Only took two days!) They pull your car up to the front for you and even leave a handwritten note in your car after servicing, nice touch. I will be using Xtra mile for my car’s needs in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks so much!
