I'll lead with my only complaint, my first appointment was not timely. Dropping my vehicle off for an inspection and oil change took them over 7 hours before I got my car back. However every other aspect of service from the quality, support staff, accommodations, communication about what they found during the inspection, and welcoming environment blew me away my first visit and I will definitely continue to do business here.

Was recommended X-tra Mile by a family member after over 10 years of frustration finding reliable automobile service in Stillwater and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. Service people were very transparent and prompt in providing information about requested and advised maintenance on my car and accelerated repairs based on my family’s desired timetable. They even followed up after to ensure we were satisfied with how the car was running. Not cheap work but I’d rather spend more for excellent work than save and be left uncertain about my investment. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning in the future for my in-town service needs.

Nate was the main person I spoke with during the process of getting my car in the shop and worked on. Everyone was kind and helpful, they got the job done and did a fantastic job! Very thorough and kind.

Highly recommend Tyler and the rest of the staff we’re always on point with communication and clear with all of our options. Being out of town and having somebody be able to take care of our daughters vehicle, I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.
