I set an appointment for my daughter and her Mini Cooper S. This experience was amazing from her name on the welcome sign to the thank you card. Nate was very helpful and eager to help. Absolutely the most professional company I have dealt with. I have finally found a trustworthy shop for our 2 kids at OSU 1000 miles away.

They were very accommodating with my needs and offered to drive me to various appointment should I need it. A detailed report was provided that informed me on the various conditions of my vehicle's parts that I can use to make an informed decisions on how I can proceed to take care of my vehicle.
Communication was stellar! Received NUMEROUS texts updating me on the progress of the repair. When they were finally able to get the parts, the repair was done quickly and professionally. The car was clean, and is running flawlessly.
