These guys went above and beyond every time I brought my vehicle to them. Not knowing the exact noise I was complaining of they did all the repairs until we could narrow it down to the exact cause. Once that was done Nate worked diligently to keep us updated with the inspection, the work and when it was complete. Only place I’ll ever take any of my vehicles from now on. Thanks guys for your outstanding service.

I had an unusual and frustrating issue with my van and they did such a good job taking care of me and keeping me informed. They definitely went above and beyond to take care of me. Xtra Mile Auto Care was able to diagnose my “wobbly noise” on the Friday before New Year’s day despite being super busy and not having an appointment. I was in a tough spot because I was supposed to be driving 1,400+ miles back to VA after Christmas break that day but didn’t want to chance a catastrophic failure. Tyler (service advisor) was extremely helpful and kept me updated. They were able to order parts that Friday, and had them in when they reopened Tuesday after the holiday weekend. My water pump shaft had gone out and loosened the water pump pulley (wobbly noise) which in turn damaged my idler pulley. My spark plug gasket cover was also leaking oil and potentially ruining my spark plugs. My repairs were done by Thursday, and I was on the road Friday, just one week later than planned. Tyler also coordinated with my extended warranty company so I didn’t have to deal with any of that. My parents will be switching from their old mechanic and bringing their vehicles here due to the excellent service that I received. I just wish I could find a shop that I trust as much as these guys back in VA.

The team at X-tra Mile is very communicative, and I genuinely appreciated their attention to detail. They provided a free second opinion, and I ended up doing the work with their shop because of their customer service.
